This is a price discount that will show directly on the catalogue without promocodes.
This is a simple process, when you are creating a monetary or fixed price product, you will be given the option to add a comparison price in the pricing section, click add comparison price to open up the window.
Important to note that pricing is the price that the product will be sold, Comparison price should ALWAYS be higher as it becomes the old price.
Once a comparison price has been added, this will show on the store as a sale item with an old and new price.
...and on the product detail page as a comparison price as well.
