Our voucher system includes a balance checker that allows customers to view their current monetary balance and review their past usage history.
The balance checker is specifically for monetary vouchers or gift cards, as these are the only types of vouchers where the balance and status can frequently change.
When a customer purchases a monetary gift card, they receive a PIN and a link in their email to check the balance. If the voucher is physical, the PIN can be found under the QR code on the printed PDF.
The balance checker can be found in the side menu of the store page.
When a customer presses the balance checker they will be sent to the balance checker page where they will need to input their voucher number and pin.
When this is done, they will see some basic information regarding their voucher, its validity, and past activity, including redeem location.
