If you run multiple stores from a single Enjovia account you will have the option to redeem across those stores.
On the redemption terminal underneath your logo in the top left, you will see a drop down. This drop down will show all available redeem locations.
Clicking that dropdown menu will show the following screen. Simply pick the redemption location specific to that voucher.
An example of this would be a group monetary voucher that exists across a group of affiliated brands. This voucher code could exist across multiple locations, so you will not need to specify which location, it will exist in all of them.
Alternatively each brand may have gift experiences that are unique to their specific locations. You will have to select the appropriate location within the terminal before you will redeem.
Important to note: Redeem locations are tied to user permissions, a user can be assigned to specific redeem locations, so access can be limited for employees specific to individual locations / brands.
